Built for home cooks, not billionaires.
We’re Ezra and Ben. We’re inspired by our friends who cook for fun, but we want it to be easier. So we’re creating SimmerThyme.
We’ve spent decades building consumer products used by millions of people.
SimmerThyme is independently funded. That means no chasing 10x returns, no optimizing for growth at all costs, and no grocery chain shutting us down when we don’t fit its business model.
Because nobody should be trying to make a billion dollars off your sandwich.
